The Strategic Alliance with the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, (“ULL”) primary objective is to educate industry on existing research and advanced technological programs at ULL with specific emphasis on those programs that focus on:

• “What If Scenario” Simulation & Evaluation
• Command and Control - Situation Modeling & Analysis

The Strategic Alliance with Delgado Community College primary objective is to develop and/or market Delgado’s existing training programs for industry compliance with federal and state emergency preparedness and homeland security mandates, and to plan and develop an annual conference focused on these issues.

The Strategic Alliance with the Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise, (“LITE”), primary goal is to educate industry on the significance and benefits of the LITE Center and to aggressively market the services and programs.
